Express mail is a premium and cost-effective express delivery service for Parcels items that weighting above 500 grams up to 30 KG that you can rely on. If the parcel is box-shaped, then its length (its longest dimension) must not exceed 150 cm.

The Express mail services provide:

  • Guaranteed next business day delivery within the Express mail network.
  • Proof of posting EMS mail items are lodged over the counter.
  • Signature obtained on delivery.
  • Compensation against loss or damage.
  • A unique identification number for each Registered Post item.
  • Tracking on line.

    For Merchandise Express items supplementary services, such as Proof of Delivery, Cash on delivery, Extra Insurance with Express mail (additional charges apply).

    The Express mail guarantee Delivery is guaranteed within the Express mail network on the next business day, provided your Express mail Parcel is correctly addressed and lodged by the required time on any business day.

    To guarantee express delivery, please ensure that:

    • The delivery address is complete, including contact phone number.
    • The senders details are complete, including contact phone number.
